Myagdi District(Nepali: म्याग्दी जिल्ला, a part of Province No. 4, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal, alandlocked country of South Asia. The district, with Beni as its district headquarters, covers an area of 2,297 km², had a population of 114,447 in 2001 and 113,641 in 2011.
